of the 11890 text and 11890 online SMS service without
notice.
17.3 Using the service (text or online SMS) entitles 11890 to
retain your phone number and use it for the purpose of sending you
text messages pertaining to the service from time to time.
17.4 11890 endeavours to answer all texts as accurately as
possible but bears no responsibility for the accuracy of any
information sent to customers as a result of queries
received.
17.5 11890 text service operates a fair usage policy and will bar
any callers who abuse the service. 11890 reserves the right to
charge customers who it feels are abusing the service by sending
abusive or inappropriate messages.
18. Maps and More
Call 11890 Ltd. provides where possible a map and directions for
businesses sought by callers. This is a free added extra on the
service and imposes no obligation on Call 11890 Ltd. to provide a
map and directions as part of the service. While every effort is
made to deliver the best quality service, Call 11890 Ltd. takes no
responsibility for the accuracy of maps and directions provided as
part of the service nor does it accept any responsibility for any
delays inconveniences, loss or otherwise incurred by callers as a
result of use of the maps and directions.
19. 11890 Competition Terms and
Conditions
19.1 11890 decision in relation to selection of prize winner(s)
is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
19.2 In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or
the results of a competition the decision of 11890 will be
final.
19.3 11890 competitions are not open to staff of 11890, their
immediate family members or associated companies including (but not
limited to) the competition promotional partner(s) and SMS/IVR
service provider(s).
19.4 Unless otherwise stated, competition entrants must be over 18
years old and resident in the island of Ireland in order to qualify
as the prize winner.
19.5 Prizes are non transferable and will only be awarded to the
winner.
19.6 No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of stated
prize(s).
19.7 If, due to circumstances beyond its control, a prize becomes
unavailable 11890 and/or the promoter(s) reserves the right to
substitute a prize of equal value.
19.8 Use of a false name or address by a competition entrant will
disqualify them from receiving any prize.
19.9 11890 and/or the promoter(s) will endeavour to deliver all
prizes within 28 days of winning. Where this is not possible the
winner(s) will be notified of a delay.
20. Unless otherwise stated, all
taxes, insurance, fees and surcharges on any prize are the sole
responsibility of the winner.
20.1 Where a prize is to be provided by a third party, 11890
accept no responsibility whatsoever for the supply or non-supply or
purported supply or delay in supply of the prize, including without
limitation, the failure of the winner to receive ownership of or

notice and all prizes, including holiday travel dates, are subject
to availability.
20.3 Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the
relevant winner's name, hometown and likeness for purposes of
advertising, promotion or publicity in any media without additional
compensation and prize winners agree to take part in such related

require.
20.4 All competition entries must be received by 11890 in the
required format before the advertised closing date. Neither 11890
nor its affiliated entities are responsible for printing or

fraudulent, lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or altered entries;
or entries which are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due
to computer or other technical malfunction.
20.5 11890 reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend a competition and/or vary competition rules at any time
without prior notice.
20.6 Neither 11890 nor its agents accept any responsibility
whatsoever for any death, injury or other damage, loss, expense or
liability arising as a result of taking a prize. Nor will 11890
have any liability or responsibility for any claim arising in
connection with participation in any 11890 competition or any of
the prizes rewarded.
20.7 Prizes not claimed within specified time limit will be deemed
to have been forfeited and 11890 may dispose of such prizes without
any liability to the winner.
20.8 Any person found to be in disregard of these rules will be
disqualified automatically.
20.9 11890 reserves the right to disqualify any contestant for any
reason whatsoever in its sole discretion.
21. Participation in 11890
competitions denotes acceptance of these terms and
conditions and any additional competition specific terms
